Rental Terms: 
        किराया नियम:
 

1. Any extension of the rental period shall be subject to vehicle availability and prior approval from GOOD DRIVE, and shall be charged at the applicable daily rental rate. 
   In case of limited kilometers (250 km/24 hr), extra km will be charged @Rs 8/km for 5 seater car and @Rs 10/km for 7 seater car
   किराया अवधि के विस्तार हेतु वाहन की उपलब्धता एवं GOOD DRIVE की पूर्व अनुमति आवश्यक होगी, तथा इसके लिए लागू दैनिक किराया दर के अनुसार शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
   सीमित किलोमीटर (250 किमी/24 घंटे) की स्थिति में, अतिरिक्त किलोमीटर के लिए 5-सीटर कार पर ₹8/किमी और 7-सीटर कार पर ₹10/किमी का शुल्क लगेगा।

2. Late return attracts additional charges of ₹200 per hour.
   वाहन देर से लौटाने पर ₹200 प्रति घंटा अतिरिक्त शुल्क देय होगा।
    

3. If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of the agreed time, the matter may be reported to authorities after reasonable attempts to contact the renter.
   निर्धारित समय से 24 घंटे के भीतर वाहन वापस न किए जाने पर तथा संपर्क के उचित प्रयास विफल होने पर मामला संबंधित विभागों को सूचित किया जा सकता है।
    

4. Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup; fuel shortage will be charged. वाहन उसी ईंधन स्तर के साथ लौटाया जाएगा जिस स्तर पर प्राप्त किया गया था; ईंधन की कमी का शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
    

5. Excessive dirt, stains, mud, pet hair or interior damage may attract cleaning charges.
   अत्यधिक गंदगी, दाग, मिट्टी, पालतू पशुओं के बाल अथवा आंतरिक क्षति पर सफाई शुल्क लगाया जा सकता है।
    

6. Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking for security and operational purposes; tampering with GPS, tracking systems or the odometer is strictly prohibited.
   वाहन में सुरक्षा एवं परिचालन हेतु GPS ट्रैकिंग उपकरण स्थापित हो सकते हैं; GPS, ट्रैकिंग उपकरण अथवा ओडोमीटर से छेड़छाड़ करना पूर्णतः निषिद्ध है।
    

        Accidents, Damages & Liability: 
        दुर्घटना, क्षति एवं उत्तरदायित्व:
 

1. Any damage resulting from negligence, reckless driving, intoxication, unauthorized driver usage, violation of law or breach of agreement is the renter's responsibility. The cost shall be assessed by GOOD DRIVE or its authorized service center/surveyor, and the estimate shared with the renter before deduction from the security deposit or additional recovery.
   लापरवाही, खतरनाक ड्राइविंग, नशे की अवस्था, अनधिकृत चालक, कानून उल्लंघन अथवा अनुबंध के उल्लंघन से होने वाली किसी भी क्षति की जिम्मेदारी किरायेदार की होगी। क्षति का आकलन GOOD DRIVE अथवा उसके अधिकृत सर्विस सेंटर/सर्वेयर द्वारा किया जाएगा, तथा कटौती अथवा अतिरिक्त वसूली से पूर्व अनुमानित लागत की जानकारी किरायेदार को दी जाएगी।
    

2. Major repairs require prior approval from GOOD DRIVE; emergency repairs may only be carried out after informing GOOD DRIVE and retaining original bills.
   GOOD DRIVE की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना कोई बड़ा मरम्मत कार्य नहीं करवाया जा सकता; आपातकालीन मरम्मत केवल GOOD DRIVE को सूचित करने एवं मूल बिल सुरक्षित रखने के बाद ही करवाई जाए।
    

3. If an insurance claim is rejected due to the renter's actions, omissions or violation of policy conditions, the renter is responsible for the resulting losses.
   यदि किरायेदार के कार्य, चूक अथवा बीमा शर्तों के उल्लंघन के कारण बीमा दावा अस्वीकृत हो जाता है, तो उससे होने वाली समस्त हानि की जिम्मेदारी किरायेदार की होगी।
    

4. Damage caused by water ingress, driving through flooded roads, river crossings or negligent operation is the renter's responsibility.
   बाढ़, जलभराव, नदी पार करने अथवा लापरवाही से वाहन संचालन के कारण हुए जल-क्षति की जिम्मेदारी किरायेदार की होगी।
    

5. Tyre punctures, wheel damage, sidewall cuts and similar damage occurring during the rental period may be chargeable. पंचर, व्हील डैमेज, टायर कट अथवा इसी प्रकार की क्षति के लिए किरायेदार से शुल्क लिया जा सकता है।
    

6. Loss or damage of vehicle keys, RC documents, FASTag, accessories, toolkit, jack or spare wheel is chargeable to the renter.
   वाहन की चाबी, RC, फ़ास्ट टैग, एक्सेसरीज़, टूलकिट, जैक अथवा स्टेपनी के खोने या क्षतिग्रस्त होने की जिम्मेदारी किरायेदार की होगी।
    

        Injury, Death & Third-Party Liability:
        चोट, मृत्यु एवं थर्ड पार्टी उत्तरदायित्व:
 

1. Operation of a motor vehicle carries inherent risk of injury, death and property damage.
   वाहन संचालन से चोट, मृत्यु एवं संपत्ति क्षति का जोखिम जुड़ा होता है।
    

2. The renter is solely responsible for compliance with traffic laws and safe operation of the vehicle during the rental period. किराया अवधि के दौरान यातायात नियमों के पालन एवं वाहन के सुरक्षित संचालन की पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी किरायेदार की होगी।
    

3. GOOD DRIVE shall not be liable for any injury, death or medical expenses suffered by the renter or any co-passenger arising from use of the vehicle during the rental period.
   किराया अवधि के दौरान वाहन के उपयोग से किरायेदार अथवा किसी सह-यात्री को होने वाली चोट, मृत्यु अथवा चिकित्सा व्यय के लिए GOOD DRIVE उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
    

4. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GOOD DRIVE and its representatives from losses, damages, claims, penalties, legal expenses and liabilities arising from breach of this agreement or unlawful use of the vehicle. किरायेदार GOOD DRIVE एवं उसके प्रतिनिधियों को अपने एग्रीमेंट उल्लंघन अथवा गैर-कानूनी उपयोग से उत्पन्न किसी भी हानि, दावा, जुर्माना, कानूनी खर्चे अथवा जिम्मेदारी से मुक्त रखने एवं क्षतिपूर्ति करने हेतु सहमत है।
    

        Seizure & Recovery:
        जब्ती एवं पुनर्प्राप्ति:
 

1. If the vehicle is seized due to the renter's actions, all penalties, legal expenses, recovery charges and associated losses shall be borne by the renter.
   यदि किरायेदार के कार्यों के कारण वाहन जब्त होता है, तो सभी जुर्माने, कानूनी व्यय, पुनर्प्राप्ति शुल्क एवं संबंधित हानियाँ उसकी जिम्मेदारी होंगी।
    

2. If the vehicle is not returned, is abandoned, is taken to an unauthorized location, or its tracking equipment is tampered with, GOOD DRIVE reserves the right to initiate recovery proceedings and recover associated costs.
   यदि वाहन वापस नहीं किया जाता, छोड़ दिया जाता है, अनधिकृत स्थान पर ले जाया जाता है अथवा ट्रैकिंग उपकरण से छेड़छाड़ की जाती है, तो GOOD DRIVE वाहन पुनर्प्राप्ति हेतु कार्रवाई कर सकता है और संबंधित खर्च वसूल सकता है।
    

        Security Deposit:
        सुरक्षा जमा राशि:
 

1. Security deposit may be adjusted against: vehicle damages, traffic challans, toll dues, parking penalties, cleaning charges, missing accessories, fuel shortages, recovery expenses, late return charges.
   सुरक्षा जमा राशि में से निम्न मदों के लिए कटौती की जा सकती है: वाहन क्षति, यातायात चालान, टोल शुल्क, पार्किंग जुर्माना, सफाई शुल्क, गायब एक्सेसरीज़, ईंधन कमी, रिकवरी खर्चे, देरी वापसी शुल्क।
    

2. Balance security deposit, if any, shall be refunded after settlement of dues.
   सभी देय राशियों की कटौती के बाद शेष सुरक्षा राशि वापस की जाएगी।
    

3. No amount will be deducted on cancellation before 24 hours of booking; after that, 50% of the security deposit will be deducted.
   24 घंटे से पहले बुकिंग रद्द करने पर कोई राशि नहीं काटी जाएगी। उसके बाद सुरक्षा जमा से 50% काटा जाएगा।
    

4. GOOD DRIVE shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
   वाहन में छोड़े गए व्यक्तिगत सामान की हानि, चोरी अथवा क्षति के लिए GOOD DRIVE जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
    

5. GOOD DRIVE reserves the right to refuse future rentals in case of violation of agreement terms.
   एग्रीमेंट की शर्तों के उल्लंघन की स्थिति में GOOD DRIVE भविष्य में वाहन किराये पर देने से इंकार कर सकता है।
    

6. This agreement is governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Phagwara, Punjab.
   यह अनुबंध भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होगा तथा इससे उत्पन्न किसी भी विवाद का निपटारा फगवाड़ा, पंजाब के सक्षम न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होगा।
    

        Conduct Rules:
        आचरण नियम:
 

1. The renter shall not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicating substance.
   किरायेदार शराब, ड्रग्स या किसी भी नशीले पदार्थ के असर में गाड़ी नहीं चलाएगा।
    

2. The vehicle shall not be used for racing, speed testing, stunts, off-road activities, illegal activities or commercial passenger transport.
   वाहन का उपयोग रेसिंग, स्टंट, स्पीड टेस्ट, ऑफ-रोड गतिविधियों, गैर-कानूनी कार्यों अथवा व्यावसायिक यात्री परिवहन हेतु नहीं किया जाएगा।
    

3. The vehicle shall be used only for the approved destination/region unless prior written approval is obtained from GOOD DRIVE.
   वाहन का उपयोग केवल स्वीकृत गंतव्य/क्षेत्र में ही किया जाएगा, जब तक कि GOOD DRIVE से पूर्व लिखित अनुमति प्राप्त न हो।
    

4. No unauthorized person shall be permitted to drive the vehicle.
   किसी भी अनधिकृत व्यक्ति को वाहन चलाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
